One of the highlights of year 2016 was the return of 17″ Days. It has to be the best event in Supermoto riding. Imagine 5 days on an absolutely great track in the middle of a desert in Spain. Summer weather at the end of October. 5 days of riding, with workshops to improve technique, free practice sessions, good times, bros, … A few riders among the most experienced in the French Supermoto Championship — Sylvain Dabert, Germain Vincenot Marchal, Adrien Goguet, Rodrig Thain, Jean-Charles Decabooter, Alexandre Precop were there to share their experience and give advice to all the participants coming from everywhere in France and even from further away.
A big slice of life in the paddocks, great encounters between the more experienced riders and new faces. Some are here for a few laid back days between friends, others are keen to test a new ride or to learn techniques to shave off a few tenths of a second of their lap times for season 2017… Life can also be cruel. Fate strikes on the Tuesday as Manu, on of the participants, suffers a crash and does not survive. Very shaken, everyone on the track pay him a vibrant tribute, honoring their shared passion.
You will find below a small selection of my pictures for this event. I could only be there for 2 days with team Luc1 Motorsport, and my young intern Benji who managed some great shots :)

Huge thanks to the 17″ team who pulled off yet another amazing event. Long live 17″ Days!
