Supermoto: Thibault Péloille at Le Castellet

A short “Inside” series shot at the Le Castellet race track on August 29 and 30. For the last race of the 2015 season, a show of choice on an superb track. Thibault Péloille is racing in the Prestige S1 category for the second season running. He started competing in Supermoto in 2014. Also a mountain bike fan, he’s training hard this winter to keep up with the best in 2016.

“I started motorcycling at the age of 5, on a Honda QR 50cc, because it was already my father’s passion. I soon started training with my friend and mentor Alexandre Precop, competing in the Centre region motocross championship at the age of 7. I rode until I was 14, then had to take a break for a few years. At 18, still with Alexandre, I attended a Supermoto National Championship event at Saint-Amand-Montrond. I really enjoyed the experience, and the following year, in 2014, I raced for the first time in the French Prestige Championship, in the S1 category, on a KTM 450 SMR. Supermoto is a demanding discipline, in which I want to perform. At the same time, the paddocks are a place where riders help each other and exchange ideas. We’re rivals on the track, but we’re united by our passion for the sport, and these values are very important to me.
